CIVIL LAW:

INSOLVENCY & DEBT RECOVERY
In cases where insolvency is imminent, we provide support during insolvency itself, benefitting from the experience gained through many years of representing our clients in such cases.
The debt collection cases where amicable negotiation failed are dealt with firmness, by court actions and official bailiffs, in compliance with the applicable laws.
Due to our activity in this area, we established and maintained contact with various bailiffs and we are therefore familiar with the practices related to enforcement proceedings of such court orders.
EMPLOYMENT LAW
Our services are focused on issues related to employment law, including assistance to both individuals as well as small and medium-sized companies.

CRIMINAL LAW
Children, who by definition require the care of adults, are among the most vulnerable and innocent victims of crimes.
Crimes against children include neglect, emotional abuse, psychological abuse and exploitation and very often these crimes are perpetrated by parents, relatives and others who are charged with their care. Our main focus on Criminal Law concerns crimes against underage children.
Our office provides legal assistance to victims of domestic violence/ill-treatment against minors by obtaining protective orders or filing criminal complaints with the competent authorities.
